We have heard this many times and the mantra of "it's better to have something, rather than nothing" is not true.
Some will see it as being picky, however it is not acceptable to have poor spelling, grammar or punctuation. It's just not professional.

Let's look at this from the view point of a potential new customer. They hop onto your social page to see the more personal side of your business but they're confronted by poor spelling, low quality content or even generic posts that have been added just to keep the 'lights on'.
This is a poor representation of you, your brand and your business. It can turn customers away. After all, if you don't care how you come across and have poor attention to detail, what's the service or product quality going to be like?
